Instructions for Netscape 6, Mozilla and Firefox: Screenshot
  1. From the "Bookmarks" menu select "manage bookmarks".
  2. In the window that appears, select "Export Bookmarks" from the "File" menu. (Begining with RC1 this option appears as "Export" in the "Tools" menu.)
  3. Choose a temporary file name and path to store your exported bookmarks. Remember this location because you will need it later.
  4. You can now close the bookmark management window.
  5. At the "Bookmark File to Upload" box above, press the browse button and locate the temporary bookmark file you just created in step 3.
  6. Click Import!

  1. Click on the "Bookmarks" button and select "Edit Bookmarks".
  2. In the window that appears, select "Save As" from the "File" menu.
  3. Choose a temporary file name and path to store your exported bookmarks. Remember this location because you will need it later.
  4. You can now close the bookmark management window.
  5. At the "Bookmark File" box above, press the browse button and locate the temporary bookmark file you just created in step 3.
  6. Click Import!

  1. Select the File Menu and choose the Import and Export... or just Export menu item.
  2. Click Next and select Export Favorites
  3. Click Next and select the root folder called Favorites
  4. Click Next and select Export to a file or address
  5. Choose a location to save the file (the default is fine) and enter this location in the file box above
  6. Select Next and Finish

Instructions for Internet Explorer 5, 5.5 and 6 (MacOS):
  1. Open the Favorites window by pressing Cmd+J
  2. Select "Export" from the File menu
  3. Choose a temporary location to save the file to. Remember this location because you will need it later.
  4. You can now close the Favorites window.
  5. At the "Bookmark File" box above, press the browse button and locate the temporary bookmark file you just created in step 3.

WebTV Users:
  • Sorry, but at this time, there is no way to import/export your bookmark/favorite data between WebTV and your bookmark account.
Opera Users:
  • Sorry, but at this time, there is no way to import your bookmark/favorite data from Opera to your bookmark account.
